Goods needed to be delivered to GHD in Durban (GHD uses Skynet couriers).
Service from the Witbank Branch was pathetic! Goods were picked up without a flyer to transport the goods in and when asked about this all i received was attitude. Eventually the goods could be sent (in a flyer). Upon retuning the goods from GHD (delivery was to be made on 26/4/13 to me) Skynet sent the goods to Nelspruit in stead of Witbank. Driver from Nelspruit phoned me to find out were the delivery address is in Nelspruit! After an enquiry was sent to Lungile at Skynet via GHD her response is that it is still in Transit and would only be delivered on the Monday (29/4/13). Is it just coincidence that Skynet was unable to provide professional service on both occasions or is this their standard??? I emailed Lugile and insisted that the delivery be sent from Nelspruit TODAY. Why should I wait till after the weekend for my package because skynet is unable to deliver proper service?
