Inconsistency of updating about shipment

I have a package i've been waiting for which was supposed to arrive on the 4th of june, DHL asked me to pay R767 for clearance of shipment which i did on the 4th of june, it says in their terms and conditions within 4hours of receipt of payment they send an email to you saying they received your payment, i still haven't received that email and its been a whole day now, when i call their customer care they tell me my payment hasn't reflected yet to which i sent proof of payment to 3 different email addresses because they keep giving me the run around. I'd really appreciate it if DHL would be fast with their response as they were with asking me to pay a clearance payment, I'm really disappointed with their service as I've never experienced this with them before.
