Scratched Windscreen

I went to full up my car with petrol at the Caltex station, I was in a rush the attendant washed my windscreen leaving a huge scratch across it, my girlfriend then took the car back later but no manager was available, we went back again the next day still no manager available, we have left numerous messages for the manager to call us and still no response.

I would like something done about my windscreen.
