We went to fill petrol at the Caltex in East geduld rd Springs and when we entered there was only one other vehicle. We waited for someone to assist us and waited and waited. In the mean time another vehicle came in as well as a taxi, when the attendants came to assist one assisted the other vehicle and the other the taxi although I was there long before them. I checked to see if maybe there is a third attendant that is going to help us but there wasnt. I went inside the shop to look for a manager and there was a white old man, I told him what happened and on my way out told the petrol attendant that ignored me that in future he must open his eyes as to who stops first and last where the petrol attendant starting to swear at me and told me he is not there for me or to help me but to help where he want to. Needless to say the owner/manager just stood there and did NOTHING to resolve the query. Some of the other attendants also went to the one fighting and also said things to us. I just wonder if the attendant is not there to assist me what is his job then??? I will not use that service station OR any Caltex in future.
