I have just been to the Caltex in Oaklands.
I waited for over 10 minutes, and there was no service.
Eventually a petrol attendant by the name of Mustaph came to assist and I asked for the manager. He went to another attendant and came back and said the manager is busy inside. He then says the reason why there is no one there because he is gone to church and there are few petrol attendants on duty. What a load of Bull.
As a standard bank customer I don't see why we should fill up at Caltex service stations only to get inferior service. Standard bank needs to get another supplier on board, as this service is very bad. I will also take this up with Standard bank.
