Caltex its no surprise that you have no customers at your pumps and there is always a que at Engen and Sasol service stations: its because your service is USELESS. Unfortunately I ended up on reserve near the Caltex in Kibler Park so, despite my previous bad service with no follow up, I had to go there for some petrol. Well, surprise surprise, I once again left without buying their petrol! The service is not bad, it simply does not exist. Despite being THE ONLY CAR THERE, I still had to hoot for service, and then when the attendant did grace me with his presence, he was surly and unfriendly. I decided that I could make it to another service station and left. If Caltex thinks that is how to conduct business, then even my youngest child can teach them how to do better business.
