My husband and I have a complaint about the above-mentioned service station. On 14/02/2013 at about 22:30, I, my husband and our son went to Caltex to throw in diesel as we drive a Golf 4 TDI, the petrol attendant by the name of Monwabisi mistakenly threw in petrol. He apologised and called his manager who first suggested we leave the car with them and they would drain the fuel in the morning, and when my husband told him we need transport in the morning and we were not able to walk home at that time of the night the manager then said he'd make a call and get back to us with a solution.
Mickey the garage owner is very arrogant, he would not honour the meeting we setup the previous day and he made his own decisions before we could get there. He has messed up the Caltex image and he is EXTREMELY RUDE. Mickey is no expert in motor mechanics but he kept disagreeing with my mechanic as to what caused the engine to seize. we still dont have a car today 16.03.2013 there is a new story everyday
