I stopped at Caltex Bothasig this morning after passing 2 Engen SS to fill up at Caltex as I am loyal to the brand and I am use to speedy and friendly service... unfortunately this mornings visit was a complete let down... there was no-one to direct me in to the pump even though the attendants where sitting and doing nothing... there was only 1 other vehicle... I was not greeted, nor was I offered to have my windscreen washed (I Have just come in from Langebaan so my windscreen was filthy) nor was I offered ant additional services, oil, tyres, promotions, etc, not even a friendly smile... the only reason I bring this to your attention is to avoid bad service from becoming the norm...
