Damage to vehicle (windscreen fitment)

On Monday (04/03/2013), I took my vehicle to PG Glass in Allens Nek to replace the windscreen. The windscreen was not in stock, so I paid for it and asked that a mobile unit be sent out to do the fitment when it arrived. On Thursday morning (07/03/2013), they fitted the windscreen. Whilst doing this, the screwdriver slipped out of one of the fitter's hands and scratched the bonnet. I called Shaun from PG immediately and informed him about the damage. He said that he would check with his manager and revert. When he did not call me back, I called on Friday and Shaun informed me that I should bring my car in so that it can be sent for repairs. I mentioned to him that a mobile unit be sent to do the repair as it is not convenient for me to take my car in and I simply am not comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care. He was going to check with his manager and revert to me yesterday. I did not hear from him. So I called again late yesterday afternoon. Shaun was busy on another call, so I left a message for him to call me. Still no response.
