In Oct of last year the Edenvale area was hit by a severe hailstorm. Our business was severely affected as we has126 vehicles damaged by the hail. Besides having many upset customers we faced a severe shortage of stock. Sanrose was called in and asked if they could handle the repair of all the vehicle, they sent an assessor out who quoted on all the vehicles, the quotes were submitted to the insurance and without any delay the insurance approved the repair. To cut a long story short ALL 126 vehicles were repaired to manufacturer specification with in a period of 4 weeks. The insurance had no problem with the pricing (as it was far cheaper than the other quotes we had). We were kept informed of the status of every vehicle and NONE of our customers were inconvenienced.
