Excellent Service, went above expectations

My Citroen C3 was involved in a minor pothole incident whereby the shock and mounting were damaged on the vehicle. I immediately looked for an APPROVED Citroen repairer and found Sanrose.
After authorization was given to Sanrose by my Insurance company they were in contact with me informing me the parts were on order. 2 weeks later I was asked to bring in my vehicle. The car was booked in on Monday 9 December 2013. I was advised repair time would take 4 days due to the volume of work they had after a recent hail storm in Gauteng. I was understanding and had no problem with that. The experience of booking in the car was true pleasure, the reception area and staff were extremely impressive.
I received a call the next day (Tuesday 10 December) to say my car was in Quality Control and I could come collect. I was shocked to say the least. I collected the car once again with ease. I have now driven it to work... and I am pleased to report the vehicle feels like new again. Sarose and its staff are one of a kind, I never expected such service from a Panel Beater... as you constantly hear the horror stories from others.
Impressed, Shocked and most of all thankful.
