I laid a complaint on hello Peter earlier with regards to service and delay issues I had with Sanrose Autobody, subsequent to that I had a meeting with Wayne Imbriolo the GM and I was pleased at the tone of the meeting and that they apologized and took action to rectify the situation. I can not quantify or put a value on the frustration I experienced but when I made the suggestion that they make a donation to charity as form of compensation they agreed and that is what I mean by Sanrose committing to keeping their customers happy. The fact that they took my complaint lodged on Hello Peter seriously and that their priority was customer satisfaction is the best one can expect from any organization. Thoroughly impressed and I can recommend Sanrose to anyone, I cant promise that things wont go wrong but I can state that they will do everything they can to resolve it and that is what counts. Well done Sanrose Autobody great recovery!
