I had sustained damage to my vehicle by driving it into the garage wall. SANROSE was the repairer of choice by my insurance broker and I did not really have any choice. What appeared to be a great repairer turned out for the worst.
The assessor visited our premises to inspect the vehicle stating that a final report would only be available following the stripping of the vehicle to assess the damages. Which I would agree is normal.
Vehicle was stripped down and damages reported to insurer and the go ahead was given.
8 weeks later we received the vehicle back in what appeared to be good condition. Although my wife did spot a some damages which we were told were of a beauty nature and not for safety, hence not repaired. This was the beginning. On further inspection several areas were found damaged by SANROSE and others not having been repaired, main area of concern was the vehicle distance control radar system which was totally smashed and went undetected, even following the stripping down to assess further damages. I had taken the vehicle to the agents only to find that the damages were obvious, how could they be missed. Anyway vehicle is back at SANROSE, lets see what takes place
