POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I sent my Q7 in for repairs at Sanrose Autobody in Midrand for repairs and it took them over 3 weeks to repair a bump to the right hand side door and to replace a wheel arch molding. Sanrose never gave me feedback until i contacted them, and when i finally received the vehicle back there was a badge missing on the right fender (SLine). i reported the following Monday to Mel at Sanrose and also to Outsurance, I was told that they will get back to me shortly and they will be speaking to the to assessor. i followed up again a week later. but sill no response from anyone. Its now been 3 weeks.
I then received an email from Outsurance stating my premium is going up and massive 23% which is excessively high, especially in our economic situation our country if facing. i am considering getting quotes from other insurance companies again to compaire, as this so really high. The service i have received with regards to the claim on this vehicle is shocking from Sanrose AutoBody and Outsurance.
