I returned the car on 06.08.13 Sindy inspected it and confirmed that my money will be transferred within two days time. But to my surprise that on 10.08.13 only R491 was transferred. I phoned on 12.08.13 and spoke to Thanda, who recommended that I should speak to Sheila at H/O but managed to speak to Kisten Anald (Customer service manager). She promised to investigate the matter further and report back within 48 hours, which Im still waiting for even now
