Our car was booked for a service at Eastvaal motors on the 16-08-2013.I expected a call or sms the day before to remind me but nothing. The car was taken in and we said they must check the brake light stays on. They must phone if there is anything additional. No call so I accepted that the car was ready for collection but what is supprise when we arrived at 16:30 at the service centr. The car`hen asking whats wrong the mechanic had to come and explain that the sensor is faulty that was why the light stayed on the front desk didn`t knew this.needless to say I was not happy. I ordered the parts same day but two weeks down the line 31-08-2013 I had to come in to find out the spares was there. Arrange for the car on the 10-09-2013 to fit this parts. The poor mechanic was looking for a silver Tata as per job card but the actual colour was copper red and my son helped him right. Eastvaal your front desk staff is a zero and they can go and learn how to treat clients and deliver a quality service by Ford, Toyota. Needless to say I will advise no one to use Eastvaal motors and I am not the only one I spoke to others that had the same bad experience and rather service in Pretoria.
