Good day
I phoned on the 13 May 2013, I was transferred to Nthantla and she dropped the phone on me, I forwarded a fax on 011 422 3444 requesting confirmation that I have a policy with you and that is deducted on a monthly basis, d it was confirmed no one came to back to regarding that fax.
On the 14 May 2013, I phoned and was advise by the lady at reception that people doing this are not available now and she took my details and said Lillian will phone me but nothing happened.
Today I phoned the reception lady transferred me to Thuthuxani as she said Lillian is not in I spoke to him but the line was very bad and I managed to give him the information and he put the phone down in my ear.
I phoned again then spoke to Nathi and he said he can't help me as he does not deal with that, I asked him to speak to someone who can help me then he transferred me to Annelli she helped me within 2minutes.
My concerns is this how customers are treated by your staff and if so this is unacceptable.
Have people who are competent and available to meet and excess the customers' needs.
I'm appalled by the services I received and feel I might change brokers as this is uncalled for.
