Highly irate, not getting feedback or answers

I ordered a cellphone through cell c direct on the 8th of JANUARY 2013 and was told to expect a call to confirm if the application had been approved, after 3 days passed I called to enquire and I was told to expect delivery on tuesday (15/01/2013) or wednesday (16/01/2013). On Wednesday @ 4pm I called Cell C direct to enquire if the cellphone was en route and I was told that deliveries take place until 5pm, I explained to the consultant that I am calling to know whether to wait if the cellphone is en route as I knock off @ 4:30, she took my number and said she would call me back in 10 minutes. Just before I left I decided to call RAM who does the deliveries on behalf of cell c and got through to a consultant who explained that the driver did in fact attempt to make delivery, but was unable to locate me @ my place of work as there are 3 different companies in tthe same yard. The person I spoke to @ RAM said they will DEFINITELY deliver tommorow Thursday 17/01/2013.aS OF 11:25 on Thursday the cellphone had still not been delivered and I was told that the parcel is in queries department and only due for delivery tomorrow 18/01/2013. CellC clearly does not trace parcels after they leav
