This is an extract of the complaint that I am sending to FNB regarding CCD Card Delivery Services:
If they arrange a time, I can guarantee they will not deliver and WASTE YOUR TIME.
I was contacted a while ago about a new cheque card which I was told I would be contacted to arrange delivery.
Now hear this, I called last Thursday morning to arrange delivery, they couldn't do on Thursday, Friday, Monday only Tuesday was available so they agreed to have it delivered to my address on Tuesday between 14.00 and 16.00 pm. I received an SMS on the 24th confirming the delivery, another on the 25th to confirm delivery (both stating we will deliver your card on the 26th). I called at 9.30am to confirm they would be there between 14.00 and 16.00 they said it is confirmed, I made business arrangements to suit.
No courier pitched, called next day at 8am, not even sorry or what can we do to help, 6 calls later now 2pm, still nothing from them, even though much of this has been through a supervisor.
My opinion, FNB STOP USING THIS SERVICE, I use couriers all the time, I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE.
Still nothing resolved.
