This company employs staff that blatantly to you. I have been expecting a delivery from them and was informed that they would contact me before delivery. On Friday (13 Dec 2013) they pitch up to my house but due to no one phoning me, I was not at home to accept the delivery. Then I got a call on Tuesday (17 Dec 2013) confirming my address and informing me that delivery will take place on Wednesday (18 Dec 2013). To ensure that I don't miss the delivery I stayed at home the whole day and put off other business that I had to do. I even called and spoke to someone (I think Ricky) and he confirmed that delivery will take place on Wednesday. He then also took my cell phone number and told me that he will contact the drivers on the road to confirm delivery. Well it is now 7pm and I have not yet received anything. When I insert my tracking number on their website it states that they could not contact me. - I had my phone with me the entire day and no one contacted me. I needed the delivery today because tomorrow I am going on holiday and will not be available from 10am onwards. I am so off right now. I wasted my whole day waiting for them. Incompetent bunch of.
