I am writing this message to explain that the service delivery in this country has gone to the dogs. I went to Nashua Mobile on Saturday 2 March 2013 to upgrade my cellphone contract I have with Nashua Mobile. I was told I will receive the phone on Tuesday 5 March 2013 true their word I received the phone. Brought it home inserted my sim card and wasn't able to connect to BIS. I contacted the Call Center and needless to say they were all useless then I take my phone back to complain and the sales man has the audacity to let my wife sit there for an hour like she has nothing better to do I am disgusted at the way I have been treated and I can clearly see that Nashua Mobile isn't out to assist anyone with a problem. I was told now that I will receive my repaired cellphone sometime in the next week.
