I bought my BMW on 14 February 2013. Mark said he will notify me as soon as my new licence disk arrives, and I have heard nothing from him since then. the licence disk that is on my car at the moment expires today.he said he will sort out the chip on my windscreen (I bought the car with the chip on the windscreen), I have heard nothing. he said he will organise for my car to go in for someone to see what is wrong with my radio, because it randomly freezes on radio stations and only works again (most of the times) when I switch my car off and on again. I bought the car (unknowingly) with a tyre that was so badly worn through that the threads were showing. I paid to have that fixed, and by some miracle Mark actually organised for me to get the money back. is this horrific service because I am a woman, and he took a chance because he knows I don't really know what to look for when buying a car? or is it because I bought a second hand car?
