Imperial Select Multi Franchise
New licence disc???

In late February 2012 I bought a Mazda 2 from Imperial Select Alberton. I have to say the service I got (from Leon and Ansie) before driving the car out of their lot was exceptional!

On the 28th of January 2013 I returned to my parked car to find a fine for my expired car licence. The disc expired in December 2012. I phoned Imperial Select to ask whether they were supposed to have given me a new licence disk. Andrew told me that I was supposed to have gotten a disc after I bought the car but said that he'll speak to the person who sold me my car, Leon, and he'll get Leon to phone me back. I waited but didnt get any call. On the 29th at 09:00 I phoned for Leon but he was "not available". Instead I spoke to Marvyn who listened to my story and then told me that the disc is in their office and that I can come pick it up. Marvyn then told me that Leon "left a message for me" just after I bought the car to come collect the new licence disc. I do not recall ever hearing from Leon after I drove the car out of their lot on February 2012.

I know I shouldve checked the licence disc when I bought the car, but this is unacceptable...
