They Lost My car licence after repai

29th November they fix my windscreen, (windscreen in joint venture with Dial n direct) and they left or misplaced my car licence disk. I was not aware until Friday while driving home, Remember I can`t drive the car without it. After everything happened windscreen people they said they will fix it and I must email letter to give them authority to Transport licensing department which I did and was rejected as they wanted my certified copy of id, or original green book. Then the Windscreen people told me to go and pay it myself and they will pay me the cost . which I did > Remember now I am talking about going around with my petrol which is a cost, Okay I went paid everything and now I have my car licence, I gave all the documents to them, but I since have been waiting for them to pay me > no payment, I send 7 emails to them already nothing happened. Today is now 25th Jan (2 months)
