This is unbelievable. Yesterday (5 Feb), I took home a brand new Nissan Juke 1.6 Acenta from the Ermelo, Mpumalanga dealership. However the excitement over the car died down when I realized the windscreen had a chip. The windscreen chip was covered by that red cloth written 'Congratulations'. The sales person, Tina Botha, requested that I bring the car in today (6 Feb). I dropped the car today before 10 am, I come back at 16:30 and it was still in the same position I had left it, in the morning. It parked in the sun the whole day. ( This car is a gift to my mother). The car was not touched, when speaking to Tina, she said, they (glass people) couldn't fix the car today. This makes me very angry, I don't want the chip to be fixed, I want a new windscreen. I'm buying a perfect car, not a car that needs fixing on the first day. I want a new windscreen.
