Faulty New Car & Sharing Contact Details

I am currently sick and tired of Hyundia. I recently bought a brand new i20 from Hyundia airport. I have has the car for 4 weeks now and it has already been back twice for repairs. Besides that, I keep on getting phone calls from Liquid Capital to sell me something and telling me that they got my details from Hyundia. I do not recall giving Hyundia permission to hand my contact details out. And Liquid Capital is not the first institution to call me telling me that they got my details from Hyundia.

Repairs: My Car went in for 3 issues, a creaking drivers char, i loose piece of plastic on the back wheel arch and a noise when braking. When I collected my car that day, only 2 of the 3 issues were fixed, the 3rd was not even on the job card. They had to collect my car then next day after me phoning them to say my car was still making noises when braking. I paid R145000 for this car, I expect better service, and even more than that, I expect a new car not to have issues like this.
