No service or repai

On the 1st of October I have registered a claim with First for Women for a Windscreen Chip Repair, the service received from First for Woman was excellent, however the service provider utilised by First for Women was another story.

Windscreen direct services the East Rand Area for chip repairs. It has now been three weeks and nothing has been done by Windscreen direct. First for Women escalated the claim on various occasions and all I received was two phone calls on the 11/10/2013 and the 17/10/2013 for me to rate the chip repair service, not to book an appointment but I should rate their service. The fun does not stop at all on the 17th Windscreen direct contacted me to rate the service I spoke to Lewellyn - after which I have told him what service nothing was done, Windscreen Direct then went to First for Women to tell them that I have postponed the service. Today I have been on a call to lay a complaint and they cut me off.
They can't even trace my claim using my claim number.

Windscreen Direct I suggest that you change your service attitude.
