I have been waiting for delivery of my University material and books since the 11th of July 2013. I have contacted Skynet on numerous occasions via telephone and e-mail with my query, yet nobody is able to inform me when the delivery will take place. Excuses such as "Wrong delivery address supplied", "Nobody to accept delivery on a Saturday" as well as "Our driver's are on strike" and "The driver's are not familiar
with delivery routes" have been given. As calls "may be recorded for quality purposes", these statements may be verified by Skynet management when they read this.
As at today, 24 July'13 16:52, I am yet to get a response on delivery. I was given the branch Manager's cellphone number, but when phoning, he does not answer his phone nor accepts voicemail messages.
I am paying for this service via my study fees and thus expect the professional service and feedback Skynet promises on their website. They have not delivered my parcel "whatever it takes", they have not kept me informed. This is shocking and I am refering this to the Ombudsman. Should anybody at Skynet / Crossroads be interested to contact me, they may do so (I am not holding my breath though).
