Good day! I am exteremly annoyed and upset with skynet! I await delivery of my unisa study material for just about 3 weeks now when suprisingly I have receieved my one parcel and the other is still outstanding! I call everyday and a lady by the name of Queen gives me the same excuse the drivers car broke down but promises delivery by the end of the day!!! She also gave me the numbers for the unisa dispatch manager by the name of Leon but amazingly the phone just rings and the other number goes to voicemail unable to leave a message! Skynet does NOT understand I have assignments due in a week and I have no study material to begin! We pay unisa to have our books delivered and this is the best courier service they choose? utterly dissapointing! Unisa is aware of this I hope someone responds quickly as the person who is keeping my material will need to explain to me why delivery was not done earlier!! t!! Skynet is offerring a service and they are terrible in my opinion!
