I received an sms on the 11th July and early morning hours of the 12th with my two parcels' tracking numbers. The sms reads that I will receive my study material within 5 days. 17 July came and went, no study material delivered. I phoned their offices, and could not receive a clear answer as to what the hold up is, only promises that it will be delivered the next day. 18th came and went, no books were delivered. Again I had to phone on the morning of the 19th, and asked to speak to a director. I spoke to a guy who promised my books will be delivered after the driver made his deliveries in Kyalami. Just after 4 when I was on my way home, I phoned again after still no delivery was made. I spoke to Cornelius, who promised me he would sort it out and see what he could do. I explained to him the urgency of the matter, and that I need my books to do assignments this weekend. It is nearly 7pm on saturday evening and I am still awaiting feedback and my books. what is skynet going to do to ensure that I can submit my assignments in time to gain entry to my final exams for my degree? Mine is not the only future they have been toying with!!!
