I have been waiting for the delivery of my learning material from Unisa since 7 January. Despite several calls to Skynet and promises that the parcel is scheduled for delivery... I am still waiting. In addition, I received calls from them at 6am and 7am on two consecutive days to say the parcel would be delivered... yet I am still waiting. The new academic year has started and I am unable to continue my studies, due to Skynet's atrocious service. The waybill number is UNF2175945. Hopefully someone will respond to this complaint, as I cannot email them... you apparently have to be a 'subscriber'???
