I called them 3 times just to track a parcel from unisa I was rudely transferred by Shaun and Kristen without informing me why I'm being transferred.. The service is appalling.. I don't mind being kept on hold because they busy but the least they could have done was advice me why I'm being transferred.. I'm so disgusted with the service.. Such people should not be employed if they don't know how to do their job correctly.
