Skynet Worldwide Express
Skynet failed to deliver Unisa parcel on time!

I'm an enrolled Unisa student. There is limited time to register once examination results have been issued and the 2nd semester registration and prompt delivery of study material is crucial.

I received examination results on 10 July and registered for the 2nd semester on11 July 2013. Unisa despatched the parcel on 25 July which was received by Skynet on 26 July 2013. UNP2127380 Skynet and Unisa have an arrangement that Skynet must deliver the parcel within 5 working days.

Due to the urgency of the parcel (my first assignment is due on 5 August 2013 and if it isn't submitted, I won't be allowed to write exams and will therefore have to re-register for this module at a cost of R2000 and wasting time), I spoke to the manager Leon who promised me that the parcel is out for delivery on Tuesday 31 July 2013. On Wednesday Skynet promised that they'd deliver my parcel, but nothing. On Thursday the same story. On Friday I still haven't received my parcel. Kgomotso in the call centre then told me that the driver, who never answers his telephone, took my parcel back to the depot. On Saturday nothing. And today still nothing. My assignment is due tomorrow! Skynet is pathetic.
