Stop lying to me

I received an SMS from Unisa more than a week ago giving way bill no -UNP4162340 - saying my study material will be delivered in 5 days. On the 5th day - Friday 26 July @ 16h00 - I phoned Skynet to enquire about delivery. They told me that package will be delivered that same day before 18h00. I was at the delivery address the whole time & my cell phone was with me. No one called & no delivery. I then phoned the call enter on Saturday & I was told they tried to delivery on Friday @17h00 but there was no one home! I explained that delivery address is a security complex with no guard at the gate (as the driver could clearly see) & that in order to get to my home someone would need to call me - Skynet has my cell no as confirmed with person I spoke to - so that I can open gate for them. I was told driver probably did not have airtime - ever heard of a missed call or a pls call me? Today I was told I would receive delivery before 12h00 - it is after 12 & I am still waiting! Next time I will ask Unisa (who are also useless) to delivery to my post box as Skynet is even worse than the South African postal services!
