Incompetent staff

On the 17/07/2013 UNISA sent me an sms confirming my study material is ready to be couriered by Skynet. Skynet Tracking Date: 18/07/13 - dispatch to JHB, 20/07 dispatched for delivery, 25/07 return - No one at home. I used the office address for delivery, was a work the whole time and yet they captured "No one at home". These incompetent staff of Skynet isn't even willing to tell me where my parcel is at, so I can fetch it myself.
I wonder why UNISA uses Skynet as they are useless. Tracking no: UNP5145484
