I write this particularly disgusted at how long it is taking you to process my refund - I dropped your car off on the 23rd, after having paid a R750 deposit when I picked the car up on the 5th of June. You sent me an invoice saying that I am due R602.63 after refuelling the car (which I dropped off with a full tank but nevermind that).
I called Braamfontein and was asked for my banking details so I decided to give you more time to process the refund. It did not happen. So I sent in a query or complaint through your website to avoid having to place a complaint on Hellopeter and nobody got back to me.
So this has me entirely fed up, it has taken an entire month for you guys to pay me that money. I want my what is mine.
