7 days waiting for refund of deposit
I am highly disappointed in Europcar. I booked a car with through argus car hire on the 13th and picked it up in the same day and returned it on the 16th. I had to call them after 48hrs asking for an invoice and then only did i recieve it on the 19th. Today, the 23rd i called i called them again as i have not recieved my deposit refund. As a result ive defaulted on so many payments because Europcar is still holding my deposit 7days after i returned their vehicle. The call centre agent i spoke to today said she dont know why i havent recieved my money but she sees that its waitin for someone to authorise payment back. I also wanted to utilise Europcars services this past weekend but i couldnt because they still withheld my money and wouldnt let me use that money to hire a car. This means i have to find another car rental company because my line of business requires me to have a car every weekend but them not being efficient really kills my business. Can someone explain to me why this is happening to me?
