On the 2nd of April Europcar delivered me an i10 from Venda to Tzaneen where i stay
The i10 was on around 65-75% petrol tank left. When I enquired why am I not getting it on full tank, I was told that when it left Venda it was full, and in that case when I hand it back to Europcar drivers in Tzaneen and its on full tank in Tzaneen on the final day I shall receive my R750 deposit back.
On the last day I handed the i10 to Maxwel and the tank was still on full, thinking I would get my R750 back. But I never did, when I enquired, Albert (manager at Venda) says im not getting it back cos it wasnt on full when it reached Venda. Story changes
There was also a minor scratsh on the drivers door with dimensions: length= -3cm and depth was -.5mm. Now Im being billed R2468.00 for that minor scratch which was hardly visible. This scratched could have been fixed for below R300, thats less than 20%.
This amount i am being billed is ridiculous since it is over 600% than expected. When I demanded photos of the scracth Im told their unavailable.
I require Europcars cooperation to reduce their inflated exorbitant amount, alternatively I will fix the car myself. Also refund my R750
