Europcar commits daylight on ignorant customers by charging for refuelling. On 19 Feb 2013 i returned a hired car at George Airport after refuelling it with a full tank at Engen 1 stop Dolphin garage at George. To my shock and disbelief, Europecar deducted R94 from credit card for refuelling charges. I provided. them with proof of my garage card receipt proving that I had already filled the tank but they did not refund me. I will now lodge a formal complaint against Europcar at the Nationa Comsumer Tribunal. Just alerting others here not to use Europcar.
