I booked in my car on Monday. Was told I would have it the same day. On Tuesday I phoned in and asked for the status of my car. First off all I had to phone in. I then get told they need to order parts which is acceptable and that it would be delivered on the Wednesday. Payment gets made on that Tuesday. It is now Thursday. I had to call the company in order to get a status update. Today I drove in only to get told that they quoted me wrong and that they now need to order additional parts. They quoted me on a CV boot and then told me "The car is making a noise. It cannot be the CV boot but the CV unit itself and that they need to order the parts."
