Severe Lack of customer service

Saturday: Ordered parts on factory order and paid. Recieved a printout showing stock available at the factory. Wednesday: Called to follow up, was told to expect parts the following day. Thursday: Delivery, parts incorrectly supplied. Returned with the driver and was told they would find out what happened. Friday: Called to follow up. Was told they would contact the factory and call back. Still waiting for that call. Monday: Called to follow up. Was told factory did not have stock of the correct parts. Would contact them and advise of what would happen. Still waiting for that call. Tuesday: Called to follow up. Was told would contact the factory and get back to me. Still waiting for that call. Wednesday: Called to follow up. Was told would contact the factory and get back to me within a few minutes. Still waiting for that call. Thursday: Left a message to contact me and filled in an online contact form. Still waiting to be contacted back. Today is Friday. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I paid for my order and was told 3 days. Is this how Market Toyota do business? Guess I wont be recommending a Toyota to my girlfriend. She can rather buy a VW.
