I took delivery of a Nissan Micra on 25/04/2013. The registration document is still not reflected on the webpage. I was assisted by a very friendly lady that provided this document via e-mail. A gentleman by the name of Teddy was initially very helpful and convinced me to change schemes to "Earn as you own". According to him several leads were being processed, but neither the promised SMS's or the leads history has been put on my profile. Various contacts regarding this was done with him, help desk tickets opened but to date this has not yet been rectified. I will monitor the first payments due end of June. Should this not materialise, I will lay a complaint at the Consumer watchdog. I also work for a service orientated company, if we operate like this we will go bust in two months. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE, PERIOD!!
