BAD SERVICE AT WEIRS TOTOTA QUEENSTOWN

I took my car for a service at Toyota Wednesday the 06 November 2013, they phoned me around 16:40 to say my car is ready, I took the car I drove straight home, Thursday morning I drove to work, when I arrived at work the car was leaking underneath, immediately I took the car back to Toyota, they told me that my car didn't have the gear oil and the seals were not there that's why it was leaking, imagine I was driving this car for more than 6 months I didn't have any problems with the car even the gears where smooth to change. They said that they will order the parts and I must pay for them, whereas I've paid 2650, for the service. I left the car, the manager said I will get the car Monday, they didn't call me on Monday, Tuesday I call them and they said they will receive the parts yesterday (Wednesday) they never called me, till I call them my self they said the car will be ready anytime, they did receive the parts. Till today I haven't receive my car and I didn't receive a call from them telling me what is going on with my car. My complaint is that when they were experiencing problem with my car they didn't notify me the gave me a car whereas they know it has a problem.
