I, Dawie Ruthven, phones Goodwill to order 2x parts for a TLB. Goodwill told me that he do have stock on hand and will leave both the parts at security so that EPX courier services can collect it by tonight (05.11.2013). I phoned him back to confirm I made a payment via EFT. Goodwill confirmed that he left both parts at security for collection and will forward the waybill number soon.By the following day (06.11.2013) the afternoon I, still didn't received any waybill number to track the parcel. I've tried to phone Goodwill several times, he didn't take my calls although we left approximately 6 messages.By Thursday, 08.11.2013, I left a message with his manager for Goodwill to phone me back regarding my parts.By Friday, 09.11.2013, Goodwill phoned me back for the first time, just to say, "sorry they never had parts in stock". Unfortunately I already made a payment earlier the week.By the next week Wednesday, 13.11.2013, I received the parts from EPX. Goodwill to me just for me to make a payment and for him to make a sale. My business was standing still for a whole week, where I could of order the same parts somewhere else and received it the same day.
