Bad service, no communication and wrong order

We ordered 2 cam seals, 2 tappet cover gasket and a crank seal for a v6 Toyota Camry. Upon ordering we were told there was stock and once we paid our deposit it would be there on Friday. On the 05 June Wednesday we paid in full for the items and were told we would be called to collect Friday. Friday came and went no call. Monday came and went no call. Tuesday we contacted Naveen who is apparently the parts manager and he made excuses, saying it was their system however he agreed Thami should have called us. Our parts were only ready to collect on Thursday afternoon after 3pm - over a week later for items we had prepaid for a week earlier and were apparently in stock. Wonder if they would find it acceptable if we took the parts and paid them over a week later? I think not therefore I do not find it acceptable the terrible service we have received. I collected the parts this morning only to see not only do we get all the above we get the wrong items too! One Cam Seal was not supplied and yet we were told all our parts were there!!
