I order parts at Volvo Silverlakes. They did not have the parts in stock and it had to be ordered from the Sweden Factory. They told me that the parts will take 10 working days to arrive. After the 10 working days past I had to go to Volvo o find out what is going on just to hear that my parts haven't arrived yet. This was on a Saturday and since the factory is closed on a Saturday they could not find out where the parts were.

I had to wait until the next Tuesday for them to give me a answer on my parts and only to tell me that the parts haven't been send to South Africa from Sweden. They said that Sweden did not have stock (but suddenly they do?).

A month later when I went there to collect the parts that have finally arrived. As I checked the parts I saw that they did not order all the parts that I requested. After making a scene they said they will send somebody immediately to get the parts from the factory. I had to point out to them what the parts are my engine use. They could not tell me even after I gave them the VIN and Engine number.

Finally I got all the parts from them after a whole month and a lot of telephone calls.
