I was at the dealership on Monday to order some parts for a used Big Boy Go-Ped I bought. The guy phoned around and told me that another branch had the spares and they would be there by Wednesday.By Friday (today) the parts still hadn't arrived; I didn't even get a courtesy call to tell me to hang tight as it's still on the way.
I would have guessed that even a small parts order could possibly turn into a bike sale, but they obviously don't think like that - never did any trouble at all.
