On the date mentioned, I was on my way to Randburg from Potchefstroom when my vehicle broke down at the Sasol Garage on the N12 (right next to Soweto). I phoned the SOS call centre of my insurer at 18h13 and they arranged a chauffeur service for me. At 19h03 I received a call from Petros who was to on his way to fetch me from the garage to take me to Randburg. He had just returned from Mabatho when he received the call. He dropped everything and rushed to the garage to assist me. He was extremely polite, respectful and competent. I arranged with him to fetch me from Randburg again the next morning at 11h00 and just before 11h00 I received a call from him stating that he was already waiting for me at the gate. I also needed to stop at a bank to withdraw money and he did that for me without hesitation. I wish to thank Petros for his absolutely excellent service and friendliness and for making me feel like I was someone special because he rushed to assist me. He is a true jewel in your company.
