Bad Customer Treatment by JSN Motors BMW deale

I have a complaint regarding the treatment I am getting from JSN motors in Brynston, I took my BMW e90 330d for oil leak repairs about 3 to 4 weeks ago and they told me that it would take 2 days to be ready, I then took 2 days off because I did not have a car to go to work and my kids also had to stay home for that 2 days. They then called and told me that the car was fixed and ready for collection. The following day I checked and to my surprise the oil was still leaking. 3 weeks later, I then booked it in for Tuesday (11/062013) and took it there in the morning.

Later on in the day they called me saying the part they require now will take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive from Germany and that my car will not be drivable until its fixed after those weeks. I then asked for a loan car because they already to me saying the car was fixed and I need a loan car to be able to go to work, take my kids to creche, and now my wife is even in hospital because of the high risk pregnancy and I am struggling to go see her because of transport, they tell me that there is a waiting list for loan cars but my problem is they before after I stayed at home for 2 days without a car.
