On Tuesday I had experienced an incident where my driver's side window shattered. I went to PG Glass N1 City straight away and was assisted by a Muslim lady - I think her name is Nuraan. My goodness what empathy, support and helpfulness she expressed, I was pleasantly surprised. She found a window and advised she will collect it and have it fitted and referred my son and I to a little lounge in the corner. Whilst relaxing there was a chap who took the car door apart who kept me informed as to what he was doing. He was friendly and encouraging and advised once the window arrives it will be fitted quickly and we can be on our way. Making payment Mickey assisted and again I experience the same level of empathy, friendly assistance and efficiency. This kind of service is hard to come by these days. I would like to thank everyone at PG Glass N1 City for the efficient, friendly service. You guys are doing a great job THANK YOU. Today Mickey called to say I had forgotten my card and it is safely stored in the safe. I had been looking for card everywhere! WOW... THANK YOU PG GLASS, you have no idea what your great service has done to a single stressed out mother.
